Our Instagram account has been locked and will probably be removed, because it seems that Instagram (well, Facebook, or rather Meta) does not offer any type of real customer support. Instead, they offer never ending AI chats which eventually lead to no result. Or, at most, we are given some link to the same help page where you tried contacting the support in the first place.
That being said, we will probably stop trying and not have an Instagram account. While initially used for photographs, Instagram became a dump where everyone can upload anything. So we thought why not posting trading news, maybe someone will find them useful. Apparently Instagram bots didn't like them, after thousands of chart screenshots posted, and decided we're breaking some of their terms. Not the case, of course, but since we cannot get in touch with any human that might be able to double check and reinstate our account, we see no choice but to give up on Instagram.
